Shipping & Delivery

Here at Huntress Homewares our Family and Team work hard to be able to offer our customers reasonable prices. Shipping fees are calculated at the checkout! 

**Christmas Delivery Notice:**

- Expect Longer than usual Delivery Delays during COVID-19 and Christmas Peak Festive Shopping Periods. If you are buying for Christmas, be sure to place your orders early to avoid any delays. We also DO NOT guarantee any orders for Christmas Day Delivery.

- We ask that you please be prepared for delays of anywhere from 7 to 14 Business Days! Although we anticipate that this may not be the case, it has been occurring on the odd occasion particularly in lock down areas or on bulky items.

P.O Boxes & Parcel Lockers 
Our courier service does not deliver to P.O Boxes or Parcel Lockboxes.

Who We Ship With

We use the courier service Sendle (Fastway/Aramex & Couriers Please) as well as Australia Post for some remote areas.

Missed Deliveries
We advise to always ship to an attended Address, if you are unable to do so you can also speak to a friend or family about possibly receipting for you as our services are Signature on Delivery.

Order Processing
All orders placed are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours on business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends and public holidays. Processing time does not include the overall shipping time. If your order does not arrive within 16 Business Days of the fulfilment shipment date please notify us by emailing huntresshomewares01@gmail.com along with your order number.

Estimated Delivery & Tracking Information
Remember that any estimated delivery date whether provided by us or by our courier's tracking network is to be used as a guide onlyand generally are based on small articles or parcels. These dates can also vary or be delayed due to unforeseen reasons or public holiday peak periods so do not rely on tracking information to be 100% correct.

How Your Order is Shipped
All products are shipped boxed and/or packed securely with new and recycled packaging as we believe in reduce, reuse, recycle at Huntress Homewares.

Correct Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping information is correct and your address is attended by someone who can sign for your delivery, as once we ship your order we cannot recover the cost of lost or stolen goods and/or re-delivery fee's.
